My Plan shows your organisation’s plan, how much of each quota and AI credit allowance you’ve used, and when each one renews.
Who can do this
My Plan is in the account menu only for Owners of the selected organisation.
My Plan #

- Plan Name, Start Date and End Date of the current plan.
- Auto-renewal: when it’s on, the subscription renews at the end of each billing period. You can only change it when the organisation has a valid payment card; otherwise click Set up payment method. Custom plans don’t show this switch.
- Features (Usage):
- AI Credits: used and total credits for the AI Assistant and AI content generation, and when they renew. Top-up credits are added to the total and shown as “Includes … Top-up”. The card appears only if your plan includes AI credits or you’ve bought top-ups.
- Feature Usage: one card per quota, for example Invite User (users in the organisation) and Create Experience.
∞means unlimited.
- Renews on shows when a quota resets. Never means it doesn’t reset.
- The bar colour shows how close you are to a limit: Good (up to 70% used), Warning (over 70%) or Critical (over 90%).
AI credit allowances depend on your plan. Check yours on this page rather than on the pricing page.
Actions #
Actions at the top right offers:

- + Upgrade Plan: opens the pricing page; see Upgrade your plan.
- Manage Billing & Transactions: opens Billing & Subscription.
- Cancel Subscription: see Cancel your subscription.
Plan quotas #
When a quota is used up, Stride switches off the matching feature until the quota renews or you upgrade. For example, the Create Experience button is disabled once Create Experience is used up, and the action fails with “Usage limit reached for …”.
- Invite User counts members who aren’t blocked in this organisation, plus invitations that haven’t expired. See Invite a user.
- AI Credits renew each billing period. To add more before then, buy top-up credits on the Top-ups tab of the pricing page (shown when your plan includes AI features), or ask the Stride team.
If a feature is missing for another reason, such as your role or a missing integration, see Why can’t I see a page or button? For the API error codes, see Limits, quotas and sessions.
