Select several experiences in Manage Experiences to preview them one after another, create an Adobe Target offer for each, or delete them together.
Plan
Bulk actions need the Bulk Functionality feature, which is not on the Starter plan. Bulk Preview and Bulk Activation appear only if your role allows them.
Bulk actions #
- In Experiences → Manage Experiences, tick the checkboxes of two or more experiences. Bulk Actions appears.
- Open Bulk Actions and choose Bulk Preview, Bulk Activation or Bulk Delete.

Bulk Preview and Bulk Activation take up to 5 experiences at a time. If you select more, Stride shows an error and doesn’t open them.
Bulk Preview #
- Choose Bulk Preview. The first experience opens in the preview frame with its template.
- Use the arrows to move between the selected experiences.
- To change one, click Edit, change the fields and click Save (or Cancel). Saving adds a new draft version: the approved version and its activations don’t change.

Warning
Bulk Preview can crash if one of the selected experiences has template content that isn’t valid. Reload the page and preview the experiences in smaller groups.
Bulk Activation #
Bulk Activation creates Adobe Target offers only. To send experiences to AEM, Contentful or Tealium, activate them one at a time.
- Choose Bulk Activation. The Activate Bulk Experiences page opens.
- On the Adobe Target card, click Create Multiple Offers.
- In Create Offers, each selected experience has a row with an Offer Name based on its name. Double-click an offer name to change it.
- Click Create Offers. The Status column shows the result for each row. If some failed, fix them and click Try Again.
Stride creates the offers in the default workspace of your default Adobe IO integration and links each one to its experience. Experiences that had never been approved are approved automatically.
Changes live systems
Bulk Activation creates an Adobe Target offer for every selected experience at once. The offers go live only when they’re used in an activity.
Bulk Delete #
- Choose Bulk Delete. Stride checks the selected experiences for activations.
- If none have activations, click Delete Experience to delete them straight away.
- Otherwise Stride says how many activations there are. Click Review Dependencies to see them, then Back. Click Delete Experience, then Delete in Confirm Deletion.
Bulk Delete has no five-experience limit, and it needs the Owner or Admin role. The offers, entries and extensions stay in their destinations, but they’re no longer linked to an experience.
Changes live systems
Bulk Delete deletes every selected experience and all their versions. It can’t be undone.
